What screen printing is best for
- Team and league shirts with names and numbers
- Event, 5K and fundraiser tees in bulk
- Company, restaurant and staff uniforms
- Simple logos and bold text in 1–4 colors
- Anything over 24 pieces where price per shirt matters
How our screen printing process works
- Send or build your art. Use our online designer or upload a logo. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) print cleanest; a high-resolution PNG works for most jobs.
- Approve your proof. We separate your design by color, pick Pantone-matched inks and send a digital mockup. Nothing prints until you say go.
- We burn screens and print. Each color gets its own screen. Inks are laid down one at a time, then cured at 320°F so the print is washable and soft.
- Quality check and ship. Every piece is inspected, folded and bagged by size. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days; rush is available.
Pricing and minimums
Screen printing is priced by quantity, number of ink colors and print locations. A one-color front print on a Classic Tee starts around $14 at 12 pieces and drops at 24, 50 and 100 pieces. Extra ink colors add a screen each, so 2 colors cost a little more than 1, and a back print adds a second location. The online designer shows your exact price as you change quantity.

Screen Printing FAQ
How many colors can you screen print?
Up to six spot colors per location. For photos, gradients or very detailed art, direct-to-garment printing is usually the better choice.
What is the minimum order for screen printing?
12 pieces per design. You can mix sizes and even mix tee and hoodie styles as long as the artwork and ink colors stay the same.
How long does screen printing last?
With plastisol or water-based ink properly cured, a screen print outlasts the shirt. Wash inside out in cold water and skip the high-heat dryer to keep it looking new.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Give us a Pantone number or a sample and we mix ink to match. Exact matches are confirmed on your proof.
What file do you need?
Vector art (AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF) is ideal. A PNG at 300 dpi at print size also works. If all you have is a photo of a logo, we can redraw it for a small art fee.
